Operations and Asset Analyst 

Kamryn is the Operations and Asset Analyst at FSO Capital Partners, responsible for managing internal operations, organizing resources across departments, and developing and executing targeted marketing strategies. Additionally, she provides support for underwriting, asset management, and financial analysis. Before joining FSO Capital Partners, Kamryn served as an Acquisition Analyst at RRA Capital, a privately held direct commercial real estate bridge lender and investment firm, where she oversaw investment deal flow, managed a 10,000+ nationwide contact CRM database, and performed market research and financial analyses to support due diligence processes and execution of deals. Ms. Smith was also instrumental in founding the Arizona Fund Manager Association, which now manages a collective $15 billion AUM from fund manager members. She organized the first-ever LIFT AZ event, which brings together institutional investors, family offices, private fund managers, and other institutional investment managers to advance Arizona's investment industry ecosystem.

Kamryn earned a B.S. in Business Management from the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University in 2022, including a semester abroad studying International Business and Economics in Verona, Italy. Kamryn is from Seattle, Washington, but now calls Phoenix home. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, and traveling.
